Transparent, Simple Pricing for High-Quality Evaluations
At Youthful Insights Psychology, we want your experience to feel transparent and predictable. Although we do not accept or submit insurance claims, we offer detailed cost breakdowns for clients seeking potential out-of-network reimbursement. A deposit of 50 percent is due at the intake session, and the remaining balance is collected at your feedback session. Payments may be made by cash or check.
If you would like to pursue potential reimbursement, we can provide an itemized statement after your evaluation is complete. Please note that insurance companies often do not cover evaluations or behavioral services, so reimbursement is not guaranteed.
We also offer discounts for siblings and for repeat evaluations of clients previously seen by Dr. Shur.
Comprehensive Evaluation
$3,500
A comprehensive evaluation is individually tailored to address your specific concerns and goals. Based on the needs of each client, the assessment may include:
Intellectual development through cognitive testing
Executive functioning skills, such as planning, organization, and decision-making
Academic achievement in reading, writing, and math
Social, emotional, and behavioral functioning
You will receive a thorough written report and a dedicated feedback session to review findings and recommendations.
Additional Services
Hourly Rate: $200
Services outside the standard evaluation package are billed at the hourly rate. These may include:
Participation in school meetings such as IEP meetings
Additional feedback or follow up sessions
Review of records or second opinion evaluations
Consultation and collaboration with providers or schools
