Youthful Insights Psychology does not accept or submit claims for insurance. All clients must pay out of pocket. A 50% deposit is due at the intake session and the remaining balance is due at the feedback session. If you wish to try to get reimbursement from your insurance company, an itemized list of services can be given to you after the evaluation is completed. Please keep in mind there is no guarantee your insurance company will reimburse you for the evaluation because many insurance companies do not cover evaluations or behavioral services.
An initial deposit is due at the first session and the balance is due at the final feedback session. Payments can be made by cash or check. Discounts are offered for siblings of the first child evaluated and for repeat evaluations of a child who has been previously evaluated by Dr. Shur.
